A yummy pound cake...

3 sticks soft butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 TB lemon extract
3/4 cup 7 Up (soda)

Cream butter & sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a Bundt pan greased with butter or "Pam sprayed".
Bake 1 hour to 1 hour/30 min. Test....and cool.
