Romans 12:14-17
New King James Version (NKJV)
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.
17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men.

Shake the dust off your feet - a Christian perspective
When the people we're talking to refuse to accept the Gospel, we aren't to get upset, but merely to move on to the next opportunity. Ultimately, it is God and not us who triggers change in people's hearts.

Matthew 10:14 NIV - If anyone will not welcome you or - Bible Gateway
Its fine to walk away from them. But if the keep posting a false gospel on an open public forum they are to be exposed. Not walked away from. It would not be good if someone believes their false gospel and ends up in hell because everyone walked away and did not expose the lie.

Very true, but who decides whats false and whats true (excluding the generally obvious stuff of course).
