Should I continue to turn the other cheek?

I have been threatened, harassed, belittled, disrespected, taken for granted, etc., you name it, from a co-worker. I have reported this person time and again, and nothing, I mean, nothing has been done! He is very angry and his anger is directed towards me. I feel my rights are being violated to work in workforce and feel safe. But management is doing nothing to take care of the issue. I have tried to speak to this man, but he won't talk to me. He is a ticking time bomb and soon will explode. I don't know what to do. But I am sick of the treatment I am getting from him and no one is doing anything about it.

But still, should I just continue to turn the other cheek and just wait on God?

Please pray for me. The situation is dire. Thank you.
 
I will be praying for you. Are you part of a Union? I had a co-worker that was a pervert. Exposed himself, did porn at work, made sexual jokes. Sadly his wife was my boss! he just worked there in the same courthouse. So he was often in the office. My co-worker and I filed complaints with the union, as did other offices and nothing was done. Thankfully his wife laid me off saying there wasn't enough money in the budget for me, even though they had just budgeted my salary in. It is always a difficult situation.
I don't really have any advice as a confrontation would be bad. So prayer it is!!
 
ppl say to turn the other cheek, and wait on god or drown them with kindness, and my advice is the same however saying and doing it is completely different. it takes alot of inner strength but perhaps god has put this man on your path to make you strong? or perhaps this man is a lost sheep that god wants you to save? perhaps both?
 
Thank you, Tearose. No, I am not part of any union. But, maybe it's something that I should look into? Sorry you had to go through that situation. But you came out the victor!:)

Brother Blain, I have racked my brain many a day wonder the same thing. This issue with this man has been going on for months and I'm just at my wits end. Well, I guess I will continue to turn the other cheek and just wait on God. He will fix it. And when He fixes it, it's done!

I had a person at work who was horrible to me as well, I tried everthing, then I just prayed for the person.
You and this person are in my prayers in Jesus Christ is lord.
