Is it necessarily a bad thing if you are snacking every couple of hours. Obviously there are healthy snack options, but what if you are craving crisps or sugary foods,even if you are not normally into sugary food? Could it be a symptom of a medical condition?
Grazing, or constantly snacking is not a good way to conduct your diet. The damage it does far outweighs some of the perceived benefits.
Food in general is very addictive. You can tell your not really biologically hungry if your hunger comes on quickly. True hunger builds up slowly.
Sugar specifically is very addictive.
Try to stop cold turkey. It is very hard to do, but trying to eliminate to much sugar slowly is even harder to do then cold turkey.
It will be a beast to do. Pray to God for strength. you can not do it on your own strength, trust me.
