So frustrated... I don't know how to beat this thing.

Oh, Rock I've thought it many times.
I live in a fairly safe place and I'm not worried about being noticed. It only concerns when the noticing seems to get more and more perverted and when I'm the one that gets it though I'm with multiple other perfectly attractive girls, or surrounded by men--ones I know.
 
Jordi, I don't know if this will help or not, but sometimes I just have to look those kinds of people in the eye and talk to them about Jesus. They don't really respond that well, but they start to think I'm not an easy catch. :/

And sometimes when I know I'm going to have to deal with someone who makes me uncomfortable, I just ask Him for grace under my breath first. It always helps. :)

I don't think you should try to talk or witness to them when you're alone though. Safety first.
