Well I'm mostly here to socialize...
But what way of thinking do I promote? Healthy scepticism :)
I offer a level of confidence that your beliefs are true beyond what faith-based beliefs can offer :)
If you care about holding as many true and as few false beliefs as possible, avoiding believing unsupported claims is demonstrably necessary for avoiding holding false beliefs.

I sensed something about your message that confused me, you implied that people should believe whatever makes them happiest? I think beliefs are meant to be our honest attempts to map reality as accurately as possible. It doesn't matter what my scepticism beliefs have to offer in the way of emotional appeal, the only goal is truth when it comes to beliefs.
But in the broader picture, I can assure you that not believing Christianity doesn't make life worthless :)
