yeah, sometimes my willpower runs really low. My relationship with God so close I can feel his forgiveness, not that I take it for granted.
I make slow progress sometimes but I don't give up.

I see hypocrisy with myself every day. I know what the Bible says, I know what my actions are, and I see how they don't line up.

The right thing to do, of course, is to ask for God's help to overcome those things. But don't forget, we are saved by God's grace, not how well we can stop sinning. Strive to serve God because you want to honor him for saving you. But when you slip, it's not over. Your salvation hasn't been lost. Get back on track and keep trying.

Yes and it is ever-present in me. I believe Romans 7 is the plight of Paul. I believe Paul shows us that the closer we walk with The Lord, the more sensitive we should be to the smallest little areas where we miss the mark. We repent and press onward and upward!

I think the term 'hypocrite' is misused today, as are the terms 'judge' and 'grace'. Essentially, I would only feel like a hypocrite if I were telling someone to stop a sin that I, myself, am doing or if I were to present myself as perfect (or believe myself to be). Since I do not do either of these, I do not struggle with feeling like a hypocrite.

Looking at the word of God and feeling conviction because you are not doing what it says does not make you a hypocrite. It makes you human and it means that you are sensitive to Holy Spirit. I tell you now that hypocrites are not sensitive and a hypocrite will never feel that they are one. They feel justified in telling others what they're doing is wrong while doing the same sinful things in their own life. Acting. Pretending. That is being a hypocrite. If you are not doing this, then don't allow the world or the devil put labels on you.
