nearly everytime he eats he pukes he says he really dont want to but feels the need to so badly that he just cant help it

it has gotten to a point where his ribs are starting to show his mom knows about it and thinks he needs therapy and I dont think his dad does know yet

He's gotta keep it down, and not eat as much...don't try to get him to cram lots of food if he has that issue, slowly get his body to accept smaller amounts of food, and eventually with that pace you can bring him back to eating full meals, at least this way he's not puking up all that he consumes...and prayer for sure :)
