I am praying for you sister. I was prescribed medication and the following tips also helped me:
*Eat on time and avoid food that aggravates the tummy
*Exercise lightly to release tension eg. walking
*A hobby to help keep your mind busy;something fun and something you anticipate with interest
*Sleeping on my back with head elevated
Phillipians 4:8
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
