now when i first seen this i thought, ewwww
BUT, it's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!!!!!!!!! (and it's cheap)
so you take 4 porkchops,bone in and "rub" 2tsp of chili powder and garlic salt.
chopp 1 bell pepper and half onion and sautee in skillet for 5 minutes
cook 1 cupbrown rice and 1 cup white rice
cook porkchops over peppers n onion for 5 minutes on each side
add 1 can of drained and rinsed redkidney beans reduce heat,cover and simmer for 5 minutes
take lid off add diced chili tomatoes turn back to high, cook 5 more minutes
serve porkchops with beans over rice, make sure you get some juices on the rice, OH-SO-YUMMY!!!!!!!!
