Spambots call on Skype now?!

I don't know if any of you Skype users have run into this but I just had my first spambot call on Skype! I've had them PM before thousands of times, that's nothing new, but I've never had one actually call me before! Has anyone else run into this? I really hope it doesn't become as common as those stupid PM's I get from them.
 
I don't usually partake in Skype calls, but may I ask what these Spambots say?
 
It's an automated message (and a rather poor one). It called to tell me that the following programs were infected with a virus "Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP." Considering we all only have Windows 7, idk where it got the other 2 "programs" from. Then it went on to start to advertise either a site or a product but I hung up before it could finish and I blocked and reported the account. Considering I use Skype when playing games like Command and Conquer with my friends and that's the only way we communicate during the game, that's gonna become really annoying if this becomes a regular occurance.
 
That's a neat idea! Using Skype to chat over online games, that is. You're one smart cookie.
Guhhh, this spam crap is getting old, going on annoying. Did you ever get the ifreeclub.com thing via Limewire? I definitely got it more than once... -_-

yeaaah i've had them call my skype for a while. i just block 'em and good riddance
