Dunno about all this.

My closest buddy was a health and fitness buff who exercised, ate health foods, and took vitamins every day. I thought he would live well past 100. One day he felt sick, visited the doctor, was informed he was in peril, was viewed on the surgeon's table, and doctors gave up on him immediately. Despite all his past efforts to take great care of himself, he died just after his 40th birthday.

Some times, the best laid plans of mice and men go awry. So yes, take the very care of yourself that you possibly can. But it is no guarantee that you will always be well.

well, hopefully he at least he had the blessing and satisfaction of taking the utmost care
of his 'temple'....we are required to HONOR this precious gift, at whatever cost...

Video about 1 hour and 5 minutes long about treating cancer with alternative and integrative methods. From 2009 or 2010. Great info, especially for woman with breast cancer.

Thank you for your wonderful reply.

This great friend passed away before he got to really know his kids. His son was about 4 and his daughter about 1 1/2 years of age when he passed on. But his spirit of unselfish self sacrificing for others lives on in them. His beautiful daughter is studying to be a doctor and his son is a military officer. Despite her very good looks, his widow never re-married because to her he will always be irreplaceable.

Life is for living! :)
