Father, let not my temporary barns be full and my soul be empty and faulter
If that be so, then take away the things that make my love to You in halters

How you have blessed me and I know it
How you have given and given me and show it

Water my spirit with your Spirit so that there is nothing left
Except the spirit you created and your image blessed

Consuming fire of love, on Your altar I wait my Lord for thee
I know not my spirit but I know of You, without the vine all there would be is a mean me

How kind and generous the hand that holds my spirit, you love me so
Eyes of tenderness and your voice my joy, I know

Angels, your children, and all of heaven adoring at your throne
Father of mercy, and overflowing love, you are my forever home
