Forgiving others as we are forgiven and asking God to forgive them is an important part of our testimony as Christians. Jesus did it while hanging on the cross, Stephen did it while being stoned to death- these are two very powerful examples of forgiveness and if they can forgive in the face of such persecution we can forgive the greatest of trespasses against us. God give us grace to forgive in Jesus' name, Amen!
