No, they are not "unwitting". They have deliberately chosen to ignore the dangers so that they can benefit from this propaganda in some ways. And all governments CHOSE COVID tyranny when the evidence showed that lockdowns made no difference. The study mentioned below is not the only one.

The point is, no one has the right to your private medical info. It's a launching pad to other things. No ones business if you have been vaxxed or not.
