The longing in this quiet soul...for times again like those of old
When love and laughter rang so clear... the cherished things we held so dear
To capture what was somehow lost...to live again ..despite the cost
Now life is weak in these old bones... which carry burdens carved from stone
The soul is willing.. the flesh is weak
