The fourth thing that is obnoxious to the Creator: heart that plots wicked plans.

The second thing to keep the tabs on is to pull down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought into the obedience of Christ (2Cor 10.5). After all:
• “The sacrifice of the wicked is hateful to God; how much more when he brings it with a wicked mind?” (Proverbs 21.27).
Most important of all this is to be careful when we go to evangelize:
• “For if there comes a gold-fingered man in fancy clothing into your assembly, and if there also comes in a poor man in shabby clothing, and if you have respect to him who has the fancy clothing and say to him, You sit here in a good place, and say to the poor, You stand there, or sit here under my footstool; did you not make a difference among yourselves and became judges with evil thoughts?” (James 2.2-4).
It isn’t up to us to judge who is worthy to receive Jesus’ gospel or not, especially because the success of the preaching is not of the one who will, nor of the one who run, but of God, the One who show mercy (Romans 9.16).
So, let’s seek out to have Holy Spirit’s mind (1Cor 2.14-16):
• “And He searching the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.” (Romans 8.27).
And, above all:
• “Take heed, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.” (Hebrews 3.12).
