I am friends with Quakers although I am not a Quaker.
I would warn peeps though, esp conservatives they are fine with same sex marriages. I went on a walk with them and saw in their friends lodge a marriage certificate for lesbians, and they are fine with gay couples.

I think they just accept anyone and dont really have any overt doctrine. I suppose the LBQT crowd are ostracised from all other churches. So if you have conniptions over that then you probably cant be a friend.
