There are so many wonderful Christian musicians in this world & we have to be careful not to worship them. People need to remember that they have been given a gift from God & it is that gift that we are drawn to.

I am a church musician, but I sometimes think the church forgets they are there to worship the Lord, not to listen to the music.

I see that more in churches where the church has become a big business. It seems more about getting donations then believing in God, why would Jesus be bad with money? That bit always confused me. Too and in the bible its all about being humble and they seem far from it.

Agreed.
I see so many self-proclaiming-christians, but they live in great big fancy houses, new cars, and plenty of eletronics and other expensive items.
I'm not the judge here, but I would think one would be closer to god, while living simply with what they need. A fitting house, a car that does it's job, but all 6 cylinders still work, and only the items you need.
Just my thoughts.
