And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other(Matthew 24:31).
At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, "Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heaven(Hebrews 13:26)."
He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth(Isaiah 11:12).
Although the peoples roar like the roar of surging waters, when he rebukes them they flee far away, driven before the wind like chaff on the hills, like tumbleweed before a gale(Isaiah 17:13).
"On that day I will make the leaders of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will consume right and left all the surrounding peoples, but Jerusalem will remain intact in her place (Zechariah 12:6).
They will rule the land of Assyria with the sword, the land of Nimrod with drawn sword. He will deliver us from the Assyrian when he invades our land and marches into our borders (Micah 5:6).
See, the Lord is coming with fire, and his chariots are like a whirlwind; he will bring down his angel with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. For with fire and with his sword the Lord will execute judgment upon all men, and many will be those slain by the Lord (Isaiah 66:15-16).
For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day (John 6:40).
