John the Baptist baptized with water, but he foretold of the coming Messiah - Jesus Christ - who would baptize with the Holy Ghost and Fire! Many Christians today are not acquainted with the tangible ministry of the Holy Spirit, or the experience of the fire of God. The Bible teaches us that the Holy Spirit is relatable, enabling us to feel and experience God in a personal relationship. Jesus said the Holy Spirit is our counselor, helper and comforter. He will always lead us into all truth. There is no substitute for the Holy Ghost. What a wonderful, beautiful partnership we are called to have with Him.

The Holy Spirit will always exalt Jesus and where His Name is lifted high, His presence abounds. As we continue to surrender and yield to His presence inside us, we learn how to be led by Him and respond to His voice. A life surrendered to the Holy Spirit will constantly be refined and renewed by His fire. And as we learn to pay attention to His voice while we read the Word, it becomes revelation and life to us. It's the Holy Spirit that causes us to burn with a holy passion and desire for God and His ways. His ministry is available to every believer. Today, cry out to Him in faith and ask Him to manifest Himself to you and through you. If you are hungry and thirsty for Him, simply open your heart and receive.​
