God has given them over to a reprobate mind and they are under the strong delusion, but God can save them.

Hell, why? You know you can have relationship with the Lord and be protected in Him by faith. Do you want to be in Him and Him in you?

most of the people who are deceived or sinful have justified themselves in their hearts and minds and do not think they are wrong and going against God's commandments. it is only if God places in their hearts a godly sorrow that will lead to true repentance.

Dear Israel, The best book that I have read on spiritual deception is the following book:

Rose, Fr. Seraphim. (1999). Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future. 4th edition. Platina, CA: St. Herman of Alaska Brotherhood.

God does not harden anyone who is impenitent (unrepentant), they harden themselves; nor does God deceive any one; they deceive themselves; God does not reprobate anyone; they reprobate themselves. God is not the author of sin, but Calvinism says that He is, for Calvinism falsely says that God is the cause of everything that comes to pass, including sin. Calvinism is false theology. God allows them to be given over to a reprobate mind

Romans 1:28 "And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;"
