Here is the love of God:
People hated God, they refused to keep his commands so that they could live in peace with him. They loved themselves and their things more than him. And there hearts were rebellious to them. They gave their offerings to him, but their offerings were not whole offerings but weak and sick offerings. They did not fear him, and they did not know him. They were all on their way to hell.
But God loved them still, because he is love. And he decided to send servants to them to tell them to repent or else they would be destroyed, but they killed and mocked and slandered his servants. He sent more servants and they mocked and killed more of his servants, and were either too focused on their own things, or too lazy, or too evil. So, he finally sent his Son, who he thought the people might accept. But they did not even know the Son, and they mocked him and killed him still. And so, no man would be saved.
But this is the purpose that he sent the Son. So that, by faith in his sacrifice for our sakes, though we hated him from birth, his Son died, not by the will of man, but by the will of God. They did not kill the Son for their sakes, but he gave himself for their sakes.
So God loves us so much that he gave his ONLY begotten son Jesus Christ, so that anyone believes in hims should not perish but have everlasting life.
And here is condemnation:
Light came into the world, but the darkness comprehended Him not, neither did they know him, because their deeds were evil. They did not do their deeds in the Light so that their deeds would be manifest, as the righteous do, but they do their deeds in the night, to hide them from the Light, which deeds are not hidden from God. Anyone that comes to the Light will be justified, but anyone who does not come to the light will be condemned.
Anyone who rejects Jesus will burn forever, this is true. But anyone who accepts him, and ALSO OBEYS HIM will have eternal life. Choose today, tomorrow is not promised.
