How can anyone know sound doctrine when they hear it, unless they have a sound mind? Only those who are born after the Spirit of God have a sound mind to know what is sound. And so the best any other person can do is twist scripture, teaching for commandments the commands of man, and not the commands of Jesus Christ. Who base their faith on the words of the most scholarly men, and not on the wisdom of God in Jesus Christ.
How many times will you ignore the Lord Jesus Christ with your vanity!!! It is indeed vanity and vexation of spirit. The wise things of this world are put to shame by the foolish things of this world. Stop being so wise and become foolish so that perhaps you might learn something about the bible and about the Lord Jesus Christ.
You put faith in perishing things, and even prophecy will cease, but we put faith in the eternal things. You do limit God in your knowledge, who is not limited by men, and who cannot be comprehended by the empty mind of men. But we know God, we search the mind of God by the Spirit, and yet we are without knowledge. Stop looking for God in your mind, he doesn't live their neither can he.
The mind of the flesh is contrary to the Spirit, and they can NEVER live together. Either walk after the Spirit or after the flesh. If you walk after the flesh you will reap the corruption of the flesh. But if you walk after the Spirit you will reap eternal Life which is through Jesus Christ. May Jesus bless you.
