Folks, it is time for me to be blunt and start calling the state of our government exactly what it has demagogically descended to over the last -1790years since 1913 with the subversion of the Constitution, runaway inflation due to fiat (counterfeit) unfunded paper currency issued unconstitutionally by the Federal Reserve System, continued undeclared wars, national emergencies and bankruptcy, and the greed of the people expecting government and the public coffers to solve all their problems – These are the very things Dr. Ron Paul is dedicated to correcting.

Few recognize that the rise of fascism is not a reaction against socialism but the inevitable outcome of the trend towards socialism that has now become a tyranny of Multinational Bankster Corporate Fascism, complete with masked and jackbooted SS-WAT teams, and totally corrupted, bought and paid for politicians, all of which would be eliminated by enforcement of the original 13th Titles of Nobility and Honor Article of Amendment to the Constitution. If you think that the lobbyist contributions to politician's slush funds and campaign war-chests are anything but bribes for unconstitutional considerations, you have another think coming!!!

Jefferson's Prophesy has come to pass. America has descended from Freedom to Fascism.
Since the advent of the "Bush Dynasty" the words of Richard Henry Lee in 1787 are ringing true – "The great object is, in a republican government, to guard effectually against perpetuating any portion of power, great or small, in the same man or family. This perpetuation of power is totally uncongenial to the true spirit of republican governments."

The anti-terrorist wars we have since found ourselves engaged in are as wrong and of the same order as those of Hitler and the invasions of the countries of Europe and Africa. The "Security" charade is a cover for the illicit manipulation of public opinion, to keep the public focus off the devious manipulations of the "Inner Sanctum of Government" in the pre-planning and execution of the September 11 Apocalypse. The Truth of the WTC towers and Building Seven demolition has been covered up and used as justification for the invasion and occupation of Iraq.

It is as impossible for peace to come by waging war as it is impossible for love to come by hating. The only fruit of war is war, and any seeming peace is but a TRUCE OF FEAR BETWEEN WARS.

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE?
[Compiled from Web sources]

flagbar.gif

About the time our original thirteen states adopted their new constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:
"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government."

A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.

Benjamin Franklin speaking to the Constitutional Convention (June 28, 1787) had this to say:
"In these sentiments, Sir, I agree to this Constitution, with all its faults, — if they are such; because I think a general Government necessary for us, and there is no form of government but what may be a blessing to the people, if well administered; and I believe, farther, that this is likely to be well administered for a course of years, and [but it] can only end in despotism, as other forms have done before it, when the people shall become so corrupted as to need despotic government, [they] being incapable of any other."

The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:

from bondage to spiritual faith;
from spiritual faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance;
from abundance to complacency;
from complacency to apathy;
from apathy to dependence;
from dependence back into bondage.
[Editor's Note: For more on this sequence of decay and decline see:
The Road to Serfdom by Friedrich Hayek, 1944
The Law by Frédéric Bastiat, 1850]

Many believe the United States is now somewhere between the complacency and apathy phase of the definition of the decline, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the governmental dependency phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship and welfare to the millions of illegal immigrants and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA as a Republic.

This may seem an “extremist” point of view, but when one considers the fact that 50% of workers in this country pay no federal and state taxes and actually receive money back each year from the govt from the earned income tax credit and child tax credit and other entitlements and welfare subsidies coupled with the fact that the most productive citizens (who liberals refer to as the “rich” - i.e. any family with a combined income of greater than about $80,000 in the top income quintile) pay an excessive and disproportionately high amount of total taxes- about 75% of all taxes - it becomes clear that we are, indeed, half way down what Hayak referred to as the “Road To Serfdom.”

Will history repeat itself or will we learn from it and ensure that it doesn’t? The results of the 2008 election and the present worldwide financial crisis are yet to be seen, but they appear to follow the sequence of decline.

"Whenever a civilization or society declines or perishes there is always one condition present – they forgot where they came from." -- Carl Sandburg

Where Have All the Leaders Gone?
Excerpt from the book "Where Have All the Leaders Gone?"

By Lee Iacocca with Catherine Whitney

flagbar.gif
A Hell of a Mess.
So, here's where we stand. We're immersed in a bloody war with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving. We're running the biggest deficit in the history of the country. We're losing the manufacturing edge to Asia, while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs. Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools are in trouble. Our borders are like sieves. The middle class is being squeezed every which way. These are times that cry out for leadership.

But when you look around, you've got to ask: "Where have all the leaders gone?" Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, competence, and common sense? I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point.

Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo? We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened.

Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the hurricane, or demanding accountability for the decisions that were made in the crucial hours after the storm. Everyone's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen again. Now, that's just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what you're going to do the next time.

Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when "the Big Three" referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it?

Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debt, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry.

I have news for the gang in Congress. We didn't elect you to sit on your assess and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody so afraid of? That some bobble-head on Fox News will call them a name? Give me a
break. Why don't you guys show some spine for a change?

Had Enough? Hey, I'm not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope. I believe in America. In my lifetime I've had the privilege of living through some of America's greatest moments. I've also experienced some of our worst crises, the Great Depression, World War II, the Korean War, the Kennedy assassination, the Vietnam War, the 1970s oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11.

If I've learned one thing, it's this: You don't get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to take action. Whether it's building a better car or building a better future for our children, we all have a role to play. That's the challenge I'm raising in this book. It's a call to action for people who, like me, believe in America. It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let's shake off the horseshit and go to work.

Let's tell 'em all we've had enough!!
WE ARE OUTRAGED!!!

Today, July 2, 2023, it has been 7964 days since 9/11/2001.

(14 SIGNPOSTS TO SLAVERY)

flagbar.gif

1. Restrictions on taking money out of the country and on the establishment or retention of a foreign bank account by an American citizen.

2. Abolition of private ownership of handguns.

3. Detention of individuals without judicial process.

4. Requirements that private financial transactions be keyed to social security numbers or other government identification so that government records of these transactions can be fed into a computer.

5. Use of compulsory education laws to forbid attendance at presently existing private schools.

6. Compulsory non-military service.

7. Compulsory psychological treatment for non-government workers or public school children.

8. An official declaration that anti-communist (Patriot) organizations are subversive and subsequent legal action taken to suppress them.

9. Laws limiting the number of people allowed to meet in a private home.

10. Any significant change in passport regulations to make passports more difficult to obtain.

11. Wage and price controls, especially in a non-wartime situation.

12. Any kind of compulsory registration with the government of where individuals work.

13. Any attempt to restrict freedom of movement within the United States.

14. Any attempt to make a new major law by executive decree (that is, actually put into effect, not merely authorized as by existing executive orders.)

President Nixon invoked numbers 1, 11 and 14. As of January 1,1972, banks must report to the government any deposit or withdrawal over $5,000. That number has since been reduced to $3,000. Any purchase over $10,000 made in cash must also be reported to the federal government. Clinton has done the same via Executive Orders.

Courts have in some instances ordered individuals without bank accounts to open one under threat of incarceration through charges of Civil contempt.

This government is presently attempting to end private handgun ownership in America through federal legislation, signpost #2.

Recent destruction of Habeas Corpus has made signpost #3 a reality. Federal banking laws have made signpost #4 the law of the land.

President Clinton's "America in Service" legislation has made signpost #6 an expected part of American behavior. Federal civil rights legislation in regard to helping young children deal with alternative lifestyles of adults ( Suzie's two mommies/daddies) has made signpost #7 a part of the new american landscape.

Increased fees and much extended waiting times are now required to obtain a passport, signpost #10.

The EPA's trip reduction legislation, which limits an individual's right to travel freely on the highway is a perfect example of signpost #13. Roadblocks or checkpoints set up by either local or state police under the guise of searching for drugs or drunk drivers, while appearing to be in the service of society are in truth an invasion of our freedom to travel.

Well, we have seen these already -- 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14
Signpost #8 is up for grabs, and 5, 6, 7 and 9 may take a little more time.

The truth speaks for itself . . . . America may be lost . . . . We may now be living under totalitarian rule. Some of us will recognize the truth. Some of us will continue to be in denial of the truth. Too few of us will fight back to regain the freedoms we have lost. The only thing you can be sure of is that this government will continue in it's relentless march over whatever may be left of this once great Republic until we are all slaves on the land our fathers fought to make free.

Winston Churchill, speaking to the English people as they were about to become involved in World War II proclaimed:

"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival."

Because the American people have ignored warning after warning, we have finally come to that place in time where we are beginning to ask where our freedoms have gone. Unless we begin to take action now against unconstitutional acts on the part of our elected public servants, we will face a future choice, also described by Mr. Churchill. He said:

"There may be even a worse fate. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."

To study the 'whys'and the 'wherefores' of our present condition, I suggest "Our Enemy, The State" by Albert J. Nock - 1935, His Classic and Brilliant Critique Distinguishing 'Government' from the 'State'.

In the same vein, tracing the path of 'STATE' from tyranny to freedom and back again to tyranny, I suggest "The Law" by Frederick Bastiat -1850, another much ignored classic expose of all socialist tendencies in the functioning of government.

*A good comprehensive article which puts certain 'things' in perspective that of which this modern day

and to carefully ponder the fact that the time that was 'then'....being far removed from the time...here in the now.

"And of recent 'events' within the structure of this faltering government, in news media outlets,
it could well be considered, a sinister 'flaying' of society has been well orchestrated through acts
that may well be an ominous occult that is ruling. And nothing else under the sun would arrive at a
more conceivable sense of how or why this 'government' has literally turned against the people in their trust.

It is Our Choice Who We Will Serve

flagbar.gif

"Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action." ----George Washington, speech of January 7, 1790 in the Boston Independent Chronicle, January 14, 1790
At a time when the awesome power of the United States government is increasingly available (for rent!) to the highest bidder, and the very liberties the Founders pledged ...their lives... fortunes and sacred honor... to secure for us are in grave danger, we would do well to return to those wisdom-laden first principles set out for us in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the United States.

To heed another Founder's warning:

"...we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our election between economy and liberty or profusion and servitude. If we run into such debt, as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our calling and our creeds...we [will] have no time to think, no means of calling our miss-managers to account but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow-sufferers. And this is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from principle in one instance becomes a precedent ...till the bulk of society is reduced to be mere automatons of misery. And the foreshores of this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression. ----- President Thomas Jefferson

Compare Jefferson's words with those of David Rockefeller to the Bilderbergers June 1991 at Baden Baden Germany:
"We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promise of discretion for almost 40 years...It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government.

The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries." ----Source: Why a Bankrupt America?

.........................................................................................................................................................................

How about these quotes?

"The most powerful clique in these elitist groups have one objective in common. They want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty of the national independence of the U.S.A. The second clique of international members of the CFR comprises the Wall Street international bankers and their key agents. Primarily, they want the world banking monopoly from whatever power ends up in the control of global government." -- Rear Admiral Chester Ward - former member of the CFR for 16 years

"It is in the American interest to put an end to nationhood. That is the goal of global government. America must get out of the UN or our sovereign Republic will not survive." -- Walter Rustow - CFR and UN spokesman

"Today, Americans would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow, they will be grateful." -- Henry Kissinger

........................................................................................................................................................................................

These are the conditions which are painfully self-evident today.

International Banking Cartel - a conspiracy accomplished a long time ago.
Corrupted Politicians running the show to the dictates of the Cartel.
A twisted and perverted Judiciary protecting and hiding the fraud of the Cartel's conspiracy, instead of serving Justice and defending the Nation and the Constitution against all enemies as their Oath requires.
Appointed dictatorial bureaucracies serving the interests of the Cartel and not responsible or accountable to the will of the people.
Taxation without representation slowly starving the people to death or submission.
A Gutless Media whose interest in making money providing illusion to serve the interests of the Cartel is more important than the truth.
Professionals --- system compliant doctors, lawyers, cpa's, etc. amongst others.
Morally Bankrupt Religions preaching myth instead of truth to the gullible and ignorant.
People in all walks of life devoid of decent morality and ethics as a result of the above.

See "The Jefferson Bible - The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth Extracted Textually from the Gospels as Compiled by Thomas Jefferson"
The voice of the Living God spoke to a teacher of God many years ago. He was on his knees praying for his people. He was questioning God on why so many of the people were ill and infirm, for among his people there was always someone praying for a healing.

The Voice said to him. "Go to the Law."

For the sake of brevity, the problem lay in human nature and how it influenced the human body. Think of these ten words as ten drugs secreted into our anatomy whenever we activate one of these human drives. These drives may be said to be for:

1. Preeminence
2. Idolatry
3. Clannishness
4. Activity
5. Rebellion
6. Murder
7. Adultery
8. Stealing
9. Lying
10. Covetousness
These are the factors of the sum total of human activity. Everything that evil (error) can do can be seen in these words.
Every time one of these drives is activated, it causes a different hormone to be secreted into the bloodstream.
After years bearing the bombardment, the body finally succumbs to permanent disease, then death.
Three score and ten, and by strength four score are allotted.

(cont. of #187 entry)

ONE NATION . . ONE PEOPLE . . UNDER GOD . . THE TRUE WORLD ORDER
IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE.
It is only the effect of the ten words which keeps the Peoples of the World in the Illusion of Separateness, One from Another, and from God.
FREEDOM:
Is it in truth a reality or simply a wonderful concept of man? Do you believe that this world was made by God who then placed man upon the earth and told him to go forth and multiply? Was man created by God to live free? Can anyone really be sure when man discovered that he was free?
The origin of man's knowledge of freedom and of a God who, it is believed, made him free is unknown. Mankind has always struggled and fought for freedom. Mankind flourishes in freedom. Freedom is the self-evident truth that has passed from father to son, mother to daughter, from the beginning of creation.

From the myths, tradition and cultural history of mankind there is a lesson that can be learned.
.......................................................................................................................................................................................
It has been said there was once a great land called Ur. In this land dwelled a people. They were shepherds. They traveled the land as they led their flocks. Among this people was a man called Abraham.

In a land of many gods, Abraham believed that there existed only one true God, the God of all things, the one God who creates and judges.

He taught his people that this God was the God of morality and truth.
He taught that God made man to be free and responsible for his own actions.
He taught that God made man free to do good or evil, as he may choose.
He taught that any wrong act would result in punishment to the evildoer.
Abraham's descendants lived by his teachings and went forth and multiplied. In their freedom they grew and they prospered.
.....................................................................................................................................................................................

Moses, a later leader of these people, reduced the teaching of Abraham to a written code of moral law that is known as the Ten Commandments within the Judeo/Christian cultures. The equivalent exists within all other moral cultures.
Each of the commandments is addressed to the Individual, each of whom is to be responsible for his own thoughts, actions, words and deeds.
Each commandment recognizes freedom and liberty as being inherent in the nature of man.

The first commandment tells the individual to reject pagan gods and recognize his own value as a human being. He is taught that he shall accept no power but that of the Creator.
The second teaches the individual to form no image of abstract authority, but to direct his devotion toward the Truth of the Creator.
The third tells the individual not to speak frivolously of the Creator. Knowledge of fundamental truth . . . cause and effect . . . should be taken seriously.
The fourth tells man to devote some time to reflection and thought on the eternal truth.
The fifth recognizes the family as the primary human relationship and establishes parental authority over the child as the only authority which a child should accept as his own.
The sixth stresses the sanctity of human life . . . the individual's right to live, which is a right that must not be violated by another person.
The seventh establishes the principle of contract . . . the inviolability of promises given by persons to each other and the sanctity of the marriage contract, which is the basis of the family.
The eighth recognizes the individual's right to own property.
The ninth recognizes free speech . . . the individual's control over his own words and his responsibility for their truth.
The tenth emphasizes again the right of ownership. Not even in thought should a person violate the property rights of another.

It would appear that it is also in the nature of mankind to make excuses and ignore the teachings of the Creator.
This is the lesson to be learned by all peoples as they learn to accept responsibility for their thoughts, words and actions, for cause and effect are never separated.

A time came when the people begged their wise man, Samuel, to give them a king, because they would not accept responsibility for themselves in their rejection of the Truths of the Creator.
Samuel tried to tell the people of their folly. He tried to teach the people of the fallacy of government. These are his words:

"This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots. And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to plow his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war . . . And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your olive yards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants. And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards . . . And he will take your men servants, and your maid servants, and your goodliest young men . . . and put them to his work . . . And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you."
If you study those words you will recognize the wisdom of Samuel. They are the precise statement of the sources of the state's power, the rejection of the Truths of the Creator, and of the state's attempt to control its subjects/citizens . . . first, by subversion of the law and "legal" plunder, the taking away of productive energy, then the rise of the bureaucracy and heavy taxation, followed by stagnation and poverty, leading to ultimate destruction in war.
The worshiping of today's government through blind obedience of it's dictates, statutes, ordinances, and codes represents servile submission to an imaginary authority.
Mankind must learn that this world, this universe, is not governed by the laws and rules that mankind makes up. It is governed by a power that is in us, BUT NOT OF US . . .
The Declaration of Independence reaffirmed the rights of man as given to them by our Creator.
The Constitution for the Nation, as well as the Constitutions for the several States, confirm the truths of liberty and freedom.
It is up to us to demand that government return to its role of servant to the people, as it was originally created.
God may choose to protect us from government, but government can in no way protect us from God or ourselves. It's time for the people of this nation to chose whom they wish to serve . . .
I have made that choice. Have You?

A little while later, as mankind reckons time, another man had this to say when questioned about the law:
And one of them, a legal expert, put him to the test:

"Teacher, which commandment in the Law is the greatest?"

He replied to him, " 'You are to love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul and all your mind and all your energy.'

This commandment is first and foremost. And the second is like it:

'You are to love your neighbor as yourself.'

On these two commandments hangs everything in the Law and the Prophets.' "

Our neighbor is everyone on the face of this earth who recognizes the Truth and abides by these two commandments. Unless we abide by these, even the Creator cannot and will not protect us from ourselves.

Bottom Line -- I have drawn a line across my path against ALL who would attempt to pervert the Eternal Truths, and will defend that line with all means available.

THE SNARE
The bankruptcy scheme was/is an extremely clever and diabolical plan. How did they possibly pull this scheme off in the area of real estate? The bankers did it with real estate, the same way they did it in the area of Federal Income Taxes. These Foreign bankers simply and deceptively devised ways and means to con you into declaring yourself as a "CITIZEN" or a "RESIDENT" of the corporate U.S. Remember the corporate United States is Bankrupt per agreement and public policy. After you have been tricked into claiming you are one of their corporate United States Citizens, you are given a social security number which ties you to certain meager "benefits" and "privileges."Then, the bankers con your employer to function as an unpaid tax collector to con you into filling out their W-4 intangible property gift forms and 1040 voluntary agreements.

These slick paper agreements establish your "voluntary" indebtedness to the banker creditor. If at any time you decide to balk at this scheme because you don't like it, the real creditor never has to make an appearance in court to list the true nature and cause of the action which is being brought against you. You end up dealing with an agency. The agency can conveniently grant itself immunity from prosecution because all it is doing (without your knowledge, of course) is administrating the bankruptcy to which the government agreed to per the Geneva meetings.

The court system never lets you put the original creditor on the courtroom stand, so you can ask him how he got attached to your back. The system is set up in such a way that the true creditor is protected and never has to make an appearance and never has to answer any of your questions or produce documents. Therefore, the true creditor never has to produce the law that gives him the right to pledge you (your body and labor) into indebtedness (bondage/servitude).

Why? Because the Geneva agreement in 1930 was done by treaty. The bankruptcy was not done by legislation. The agreement came first; signed in secrecy, THEN Congress began to pass legislation to fulfill the bankruptcy obligation required by the treaty. Legislation being passed by Congress was henceforth and is thereby bankruptcy legislation. When cases came before the courts, the courts could make decisions based on the new controlling law of bankruptcy. It had nothing to do with Constitutional rights. Now, any case brought in is under the new bankruptcy law and is not considered as a true constitutional case. It is now a bankrupty case as distinct from, but cleverly disguised as a constitutional case.

THE FRAUD
The members of the Supreme Court, of course, realized what was happening to them and the system of law. The court was being asked to perform in a creditor, debtor bankrupt proceeding to the benefit of the banker creditors. The members of the Supreme Court said, "NO. We will not give you a bankrupt proceeding decision that you can then enforce against everybody; a decision not only affecting corporate Washington D.C. but also having effect within the corporate state governments."

This, by the way, is fraud. It wouldn't be fraud if the government of corporate Washington D.C. and the government of the several corporate states declared bankruptcy then let the people know about the bankruptcy. (Notice: when I say corporate "government" I don't mean you and me. You and I are not the corporate government. The corporate government is the corporate capital of the corporate state. The government is a neutral government zone known as the corporate capital of the corporate state. The government is where the corporate state is. It is corporate headquarters. Just like corporate Washington D.C. is the seat of the corporate Federal Government. The capital of the corporate state is the seat of the corporate state government. If the corporate Federal Government and her subsidiary corporate state governments want to join forces and declare bankruptcy that's not fraud. This is their corporate business.

However, it is fraud when those two corporate entities declare bankruptcy but do not disclose to you, me, and every other American, that they have so declared bankruptcy.

Further they have not and do not disclose that their intention is to get you and every other American in this country to pledge to pay off their corporate debt to their corporate creditors.

The corporate bankruptcy is the corporate state and federal responsibility, not the responsibility of Americans, The People.
