I just woke up, and it was on my heart this:
When the Word goes forth, it falls on different ground, people receive it on different ground. Some receive it into good ground, and some receive it into wicked ground. Now matter how pure the word is, it is either drawn out immediately or gradually, either by hardness, or by idleness, or by plain sin.
This ground, is the heart of man. This is a powerful revelation. No matter how pure, and true, and holy, and good, the words of Jesus are, when they find their way into the heart of a wicked person, they are twisted to suit that evil person. But a person who is pure in heart hears the words, KNOWING that the Lord is good, and not evil, and also does them. The Holy Spirit is so pure, but we are so wicked. I pray the Lord to keep my heart on his goodness, so that I don't perish with the wicked.
So, Jesus put parables to them, that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not hear, nor would they understand. Don't you all see this beautiful revelation? I want to say to you all, BE CAREFUL HOW YOU HEAR!! God is pure, and his words are true, yet men are wicked from youth, by the ignorance that is in them.
I thank the Lord for this simple, yet powerful revelation. May Jesus bless you to HEAR THIS MESSAGE!
