Actually, a lot of people would agree that it is superstition that started similar phrases to "God bless you" in different languages. As a conscientious, loyal (not perfect) servant of God, I would take care, and I'm sure my brothers and sisters would also be aware. To not ignorantly stumble into superstitious practices that God has plainly warned us about. We wouldn't want to disappoint Christ and his Father over something so trivial.
