Many people are liars when it comes to the wedding vows. I believe God would call us liars. How many people really stay together until death do us part? Even the fact that this is one of the marriage vows that many people take gives us insight into Christian doctrine of the past. I do not believe that if people had made up the marriage vows in 2011 that they would have even said "till death do us part." If it was not for tradition most people would probably say something more luke warm. That's what marriage is today in America, luke warm. We say the words but we do not mean them with our hearts.

We are not even supposed to vow anything...Scripture instructs us not to.
but yes, Marriage today in the World (by the way...America is not the World) is trodden on, Gods joining of Man and Woman are scoffed at...even by so called "Christians"....very sad...huge cop out...huge sin.

Many Christians make the mistake of viewing sex as a need rather than a privilege. This is because of the addictive nature of immoral lust.

If that is Truth...then why does Scripture tell us to drink from our own cistern?, and to ENJOY the wife of our youth??
(within marriage of course...)

Why would sex inside of marriage be immoral and why are we talking about it on this thread? Start a new thread please, if you want to make such a drastic change.

There is nothing wrong with a husband and wife having a sexual relationship, as far as I know. The problem comes when people want to have sex with a person they are not lawfully married to.

Sex is a privilege afforded a man and woman who are lawfully married to each other. A man may have sex with his lawful wife.
