Have any of you heard of this. Van Jones – Obama former Green Czar said this many of times. It means The Top – Those in Power are going to allow / push the Bottom to Rise Up until the average citizens ask the government for help. Then the Government is going to turn the country Inside Out.

Is this Chicago Teacher Walk out another Push in that Direction? Cops have to take to the streets to keep gangs apart. Is this another Bottom Up Campaign.
