Slow down are the words of thoughts in your mind before traffic jams begin. Many times in life our thoughts are driving without being authorize to drive in the area zone that they are in. these traffic jams can be the first call to suicide and many other breakdown if we don’t put up some traffic lights in our mind to control our emotion as it response to life.
