Ing:-1/4 cup butter or margarine1/2 cup cut mushrooms1/2 cup green pepper, thinly sliced2 tsp flour1 cup chicken broth1 egg yolk2 tsp heavy whipped cream2 cups cooked turkey pieces3 red peppers, thinly slicedSalt & Pepper to tasteWhole wheat toast--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1) In a small skillet, saute the mushrooms and green peppers in 2 tbs butter/margarine for 10 mins.2) In a large skillet, melt the rest of the butter/margarine, add flour slowly and stir until the mixtures thickens3) Stirring constantly and add the broth and cook until is heavy4) Mix the egg yolk with the whipped cream and add this to the sauce. Add the turkey, peppers, mushrooms & green peppers.5) Season according to your taste6) Heat well and serve with bread or toasts.---- Serves 4 persons.Bon appetit!
