All Christians are disciples. Not all disciples are Christians. To be a Christian, all you have to do is believe in jesus (John 3:16, 5:24 etc.)

Don't worry about answering the poll question... Just reflect on your life and think about whether you are a fan (a person who sees, but isn't following), or a follower of Christ... And pray, talk to the Father... Let Him know how you feel
