ANILEATION
Is like being drowned by the rain. Once you are drowned therain cannot bother you any longer. You see while Jesus walked the earth, everyone’s ship got rained upon until they were drowned. Through the law, eventhough the law is holy of itself. But when you try to obey it yourself it killsyou for not one could obey the law in its entirety.
Here let us look at scripture and see for ourselves.
Matthew 5:21-22 23-26 then 27-30 then 31-32 then33-37 then 38-48
Matthew 6 all of it read it. See especially matt 6:12. Doyou see Jesus asking us at that time to pray for his “
Father’s will to be done and forgive or you will not be forgiven. Is this trueafter the cross? He died for all the sins of the world, so after this priorprayer is filled through the cross. Anyway this anileation just keeps going onthrough Matthew chapter 7. You see we cannot survive on our own. So we try tofind another to live with and think we shall be just fine. And we are not. Ohopen thy eyes be a blind man that can see in the Spirit, rather than a seeingman that is blind in the Spirit, for the cares of the world definitely drownout sight in the Spirit.

Just understand you who are trying to obey the law, if thatis what you are after then you must obey the whole law perfectly, and if youwish to go to heaven through the law as obeying it. Then when your right handcauses you to sin cut it off better for part of to go to heaven than all of youto go to hell. And if your eye causes you to sin then gouge it out also, betterfor part of you to go to heaven than all of you to go to hell.
You see, this way you will eventually go to Heaven, yet as atorso only, you cannot talk, touch, feel, see, or hear. And so many of us arenow using law and grace to get by and not lose body parts. Oil and water doesnot mix people! Nor does law and Grace. These are two different covenants.Under law one is cursed for you, I or anyone else are not equipped to obey thewhole law, and we all know this in our own Spirits, Yet somehow we desire tolook good in front of others as if God has respect of persons. God does not,God is not mocked. There is not one better than another. We are all born underthe curse of the law, yet the Law is just, Holy, Perfect and correct in itsentirety. But when one tries to set out to obey it, they find they cannotentirely do this. Once you are anilated and the law has convinced you that youneed a Savior and that Savior is Christ, not your church on the corner of walk, don’t walk, nor your significant other, your pastor, your friend or anythingthing of this earth. It is Christ Jesus the living Savior. So people give uptrying to obey the law, and turn to Christ and ask for His Holy Spirit to livein you and obey the law of liberty through you. You Die, and he lives. Love isforever. True love is found in the Holy Ghost only living in and through you.And this needs your asking, for God will not intervene in free will. God justloves you.
Sincerely yours who are looking for the truth the truth thatsets you free.

We disagree! I can hardly believe that for I know you as so filled with the HS that what you hear of scripture is truth, and I try so hard for that, too. We have always agreed, before.

You talk of the law of liberty. I believe that by living within God's kingdom we have great liberty. For instance, living as a liar or thief or drunkard is very difficult work. But I can't believe that God gives us liberty not to learn the parameters of that kingdom through reading His written law as well as listening to our hearts.

I believe the curse of the law is only that if we sin (go against law) we die. That is the only curse, and if we see more then we are adding to God's word. Through the forgiveness we are offered, we are protected from that curse. The law is not a curse in any way, it is the death that sinning gives us that is the curse.

Christ kept all the law, wants us to keep it, but the law is love. Obeying law gives us a safe, secure world to live in, it expresses God's love for us, all of it. Christ said through Him, we are not only to obey that law but use the law of love when we do. For instance, we are to obey the law of the Sabbath, but if someone needs healing and we can give that, or if someone if hungry, the part of "rest" in the law if subject to the law of love.

So we are not under the curse of the law, we have forgiveness in Christ. But we are under law.

Iamsorryyou do notunderstand what is posted, maybe god can untagle this in you as you might be holding onto Law only god and you know Sister I believe here today that every day is a Sabbath rest in God by Christ for I have leaned this
Galatians 2:16knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

And I respect you for your thoughts and safety net as you have said, just keep seeking all truth as I am still coming to understanding of the truth that sets me free from stress and worry
Anytime I am in bondage or been staying in bondage I go to God knowing the truth will set me free and I hear re-think my truth, so I do and God is amazing in being the teacher and Savior through Christ where one is safe and secure
Thanks for the poist

Consider this Sister, Did christ come to aboilish the Law of Moses or fulfill it? Matt 5:17
And did he fulfill it as he said he came to do not only Law but the Prophets as well ?

So if he did come to do waht he said he came did he do this? And then why else did he say it is finshed? John 19:30 waht did he then finish doing fulfilling the Law and Prophets are not?
And after the death Christ's waht did this usher in? A new Covenant? Hebrews 9:15-17
So today we in and under a priesthood yes?
Hebrews 7:11[ Need for a New Priesthood ] Therefore, if perfection were through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law), what further need was there that another priest should rise according to the order of Melchizedek, and not be called according to the order of Aaron?
Hebrews 7:12For the priesthood being changed, of necessity there is also a change of the law.

Is there not a before the cross and after? and if there is not then nothing has changed as scripture does say it has?

I am so glad you answered.

You say "justified by works". Scripture says we are not, and a study of the OT explains this. If we could manage our own entrance into eternal life, we would be God and we aren't. Only God can do this through grace. So if we work with our only goal as achieving eternal life through our works, we are out of luck. Won't work. That has nothing at all to do with the next step. There is a narrow way to the kingdom, and the law shows that way. We are to stay on this narrow road.

You talk of "works of the law". God gave many works to help Jews learn of Him. Be circumcised, eat only these foods, attach tassels to your clothes. When the Jews were head of the Christian church for the first 70 years, they wanted us to do these works. The works were to help the Hebrews learn His principles, and the principles still stand. But those works became symbols of Jewishness, and God said gentiles are included, you do not have to do what makes you Jewish.

You say "bondage of the law". Christ explained that in the Sermon on the Mount. He said "you have been told" and then he listed a law. He didn't cancel the law he listed, Christ said "but I tell you", and He went on to list how the law wasn't just in the doing, but in the heart. If we think that obeying law is a set of "doing" rules, it is bondage. That doesn't cancel law in the least, it puts it on a higher level.

You say "it is finished". From Genesis to Malachi it talks of God's plan for our salvation. In Christ it is finished. If you add more to it, it is not of God but of what man adds.

In the OT, it uses the priesthood to explain Christ. If we learn about this priesthood we learn about Christ. Christ is our new high priest.

We have a new covenant in Christ, and it brought about many changes. It did not wipe out all the old covenants, many still stand. It wiped out all that Christ took the place of. It wiped out blood used in sacrifice, it put the HS in our hearts, we are now the temple where Christ lives so the stone one is not needed any more. We must not add to what God says it wiped out, and understand what He tells us.

So I have read what you say prayerfully. I have had your same position. When I got the idea it wasn't truth, I cried, and went to work. I did it through a thorough study of OT, with the NT side by side with it, knowing that scripture must all agree. It was slow and painful, but I found absolute agreement in both testaments. Christ changed much, but scripture tells us what the changes are.

I am not completely following you you said right off the top that I was promotimg works Justified by works. I as far as I can see never said we are Justified by Works
no one ever is justified by works of themselves, that is clear through out the Old Testament, and New. So please let me clarify and please show me where I said what you said that I said we are Justified bt works
[h=3]Romans 1:17[/h]King James Version (KJV)

[SUP]17 [/SUP]For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

[h=3]Romans 10:4[/h]King James Version (KJV)

[SUP]4 [/SUP]For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

It sounds as if we are actually understanding what God is telling us the same way, I am misunderstanding you. I am so relieved.

God has brought home to me that when we hear Him, there is great blessing and joy in our lives from walking the walk. So few people know that, and I bristle when I hear only what God says his principles are and leave out the last part of how we walk. I know the Law isn't a curse at all, the curse is only in that we are killed by the law, but it does not curse us with death when Christ saves us. When Christ was brought to the gentiles, we didn't have to do the works of the law like eating and circumcising, only do the part of it in our hearts.

But what a blessing, what a joy, to do the physical, day to day things that expresses what the HS teaches us.
