Gee, I never have understood that Cascadia bioregion thing. That's local. As a matter of fact, my closest community college is called Cascadia, I took Spanish from them in evening classes. People fly that flag in their windows and on their denim jackets down in Seattle. I once found a place where people met to talk about that. Funnily enough it was in a place called Horizon Books, which is a total Socialist Alternative CO OP. Boy could I tell you some cracking good stories about the ************* that goes on in that city.
