walking in the spirit is not something we can do ourselves alone. we cannot do it in our own strength. we cannot make the spirit walk with us. we cannot force the holy spirit to lead us the way we command. if we live in the spirit let us walk in the spirit. we need to take steps that the spirit commands us to take. we need to ask the lord to let us walk in the spirit. the bible says let us walk in the spirit. as with everything in the spirit we cannot do it because it is not us it is the spirit. we need to ask lord let us walk in the spirit. submit me lord to the steps of the spirit.
