A day away from the city
leaving behind the nitty
gritty. It ain't been pretty
where I've been or what
I've seen.
This breath taking scene is
a breath of fresh air. The
country side these mountain
peaks, are what my soul needs.
I don't need the pain, to bleed
to feel alive. The beauty of this
mountainous landscape and how
it thrives. I can't deny its changed
my mindset. I'm going to let go
of past mistakes and regrets.
