After being deviorce for almost 20 yrs and being forced to choose between living in your vehicle or a shack (with no plumbing facilites) because you had no where else to go. And from making lots of money to a part time job. Being tempted from adultry, to drugs, suicide and etc. (No, I did not give into those things). What a wild experience, let me tell you. Everything you worked for most your life was pretty much almost completely taking away. The devil was on a rampage and trust me he has no mercy! He was trying to take my life, in every which way you could ever image.
"BUT" which is always the important part!
God in all his mercy and grace, never left me or forsaken me for one minute. Praise the Lord!!! I have testimony on testimony on how he speared my life, protected me, provided for me, loved me unconditionally. Even when I keep making mistake upon mistake. Even in the deepest of my despair - I kept running to him, every time I fell-I kept running to him, every temptation I had - I kept running to him. Even though I had failed him time after time. He continued to bathe me in his love. This is just the beginning of my testimonies! Hee hee, gotta keep you hanging because there so much more to share but for now.
Do not quit, do not give up, keep pressing on, keep pressing in, continue to seek/search for him through pray and reading his worl ! He is true to his word. Why because He is his word and He is a God who will not, can not lie :)

I am glad to hear you are keeping the faith sister. The Lord is very wonderful, and His love cannot be described in words. He is able to restore us, and keep us in His perfect will. Even when we fail God, He still loves us and is there for us. He is patient, long suffering, gentle, kind, slow to anger, and quick to forgive. Oh, that more people would be like Him. He resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. When we fail Him, He is able to bring us back and make us whole again.

Just a few days ago I messed up, and said some things to a friend that I should not have said. Old wounds surfaced, and I allowed my emotions to control me. It did not end well, and for that it grieved me. The enemy of my soul brought this to me, and for a moment I was deceived.

But I humbled myself in the sight of God, and prayed for my friend and I, and for two whole days my soul was in despair, and my heart was troubled with in me. But I waited on the Lord, and kept seeking Him, and today He restored my soul and brought joy to me once again! People will fail, people will not understand, but the Lord does. He weighs things out, and sees our deepest thoughts and desires. Jesus is a friend that will stick closer than a brother. Praise be unto His glorious name!

It is nice to see to see you hold on to the love of the Lord...I can relate to your testimony. It is scary when homeless is part of the option and your a single mom with three children that are depending on you. Yet when the Lord shows up in the mist of the storm it is a beautiful sight....

Keep the faith and keep sharing the testimony that the Lord blessed you with.

Thank you. I got chills down my spine reading your words this morning. I can tell you have an underestanding. The wild part is that there are so many women out there who are homeless with children. How ever, I never did get blessed with children. I hear all the time how hard it is with children and people wished maybe the wouldn't of had their children or they would of done it different. But the truth of it is, its hard eighter way, meaning with or without children. For those who have children, have a reason to get up in the mornings, a reason to fight and to move on. How ever when you have someone like me, what wakes me up in the morning, whats my motivation, what drives me?

Oh ptl, I was blessed to hear what you had to share. I love that, "people will fail, people will not understand but the Lord does". So wise and so true. People don't understand, if they would only press in. God will meet them every single time. Sometimes when ever I'm in the middle of something, I'll look up towards heaven with a little smile and say, "Lord, here your little pesty friend". Lol. Its true, I really do, do that. And then I'll bring what ever need I have before him. I've learned when ever I seek to please the Lord first (in good time and bad times), he'll always come through. Hallelujah! God bless you and I hope you have a great day :)

Thank you for the kind reply. God loves to hear from his children, and there is no problem too large or too small that we cannot take to Him in prayer. Have a great day in Christ and God bless you also.

My children are definately my motivation...I am grateful to know that God was in agreement with us and gave us a safe place that we can call home, as with you. God can use our strengths to balance out our weakness in the time of need. Motivation is Gods special gift to us and faith is our gift back.
