We should always remember what God has done for us. So often people forget that God gives us JOY and just want to wallow in their sorrow. If we sorrow let it be with godly sorrow that work repentance upon our hearts and allow God to heal us through forgiveness. NOT worldly sorrow that is just a fake imitation and just hardens the heart further.

O Lord that we all may know YOUR Joy.
