Hi, please take some time off and read all these verses sincerely and open mindedly and let me kno what you think. When I read them, it got me very interested so I wanna know some other opions. Thank you


O People of the Scripture (Christians), do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs. Quran 4:171

They have certainly disbelieved who say, " Allah(God) is the Messiah, the son of Mary" while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah , my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers. Quran 5:72----Jesus said, "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.' John 20:17---One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him,

Yes Jesus stated: "... I ascend unto My Father, and your Father; and to My God, and your God. John 20:17
Yet take a look a few verses later at what Thomas said to Jesus and Jesus response:
John 20:28-29
28) And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29) Jesus saith unto him, Thomas becasue thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed.
First notice Thomas called Jesus his God. Second notice Jesus didn't rebuke him for calling Him God, but for his unbelief. But I sure you are saying why did Jesus if He was God call His Father, His God?
The Godhead/Trinity (Acts 17:29; Colossians 2:9), does all things decently and orderly (I Corinthians 14:40). Just as a man is equal to the woman in marriage, but because God has ordained the man has authority, the man is the head of the family, so in the Godhead the Father and the Son are equal but just as in any other family the Father has the authoriy.
This is what Paul wrote to the Church at Corinth:
I Corinthians 11:3
But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man. and the head of Christ is God. In this verse Paul wrote Christ is completely above the man, the man is only above the woman in authoriy for they are both equal in God's eye, so the Father is only above Christ in authority.

David prophesy of this in the Psalms.
Psalms 45:6-7
6) Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of they kingdom is a right sceptre.
7) Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness; therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with bil of gladness above thy fellows.
The writer of Hebrews speaks of this in chapter 1:8-9. So Jesus is God the Son, and because He is the Son, of God the Father that makes Him God, yet His Father is His God.
 
I personally think it best to leave this subject alone and let Jesus clear it up when he returns. We would be better putting our effects towards helping the people who want to be help, not playing religious politics
