Sure, I admit thinking about these things sure can be relieving, and the bible tells us to store up treasure in heaven rather than on earth. I recognize these things. Although I'm not concerned about treasure in heaven. There is greater joy to be had in Christ on this earth, than in imagining heaven on this earth.

For the most part I would agree. The internet isn't totally useless or to be totally frowned upon, but I sometimes wonder.... I suppose all things to the glory of God, but once it detracts, put an end to it.

I wasn't attempting to personally attack you or your thread. I made a post, you asked me to expound upon what I had stated. I don't think I've said anything mean-hearted or evil-spirited. If I have please point it out so I can pay careful attention for futures sake, and I apologize if something did sound mean or evil spirited.

I just feel like there are a lot of imaginary forums that you could have attacked and you chose mine :(

The heading was on the front page. Nothing personal. I don't search through forums to find something to post on. Whatever shows up on top, if I have something to say I will.
 
I don't think we can even comprehend it... The bible does describe heaven, as a golden city, with 7 jewelled gates, where there will be no more sickness, no more pain, no more death, and man will walk with God. I can't remember it in any more detail but even if I could, what would it matter? First of all, I'm a christian, I don't believe in God so that I get to go to heaven, I get to go to heaven because I believe in God. Second, really, what heaven and hell boil down to is this: Heaven means being with God, personally. Hell means being away from God, permanently.
