Oh....OK...I get it now. I'm new here....so...if something like that happened I would say..I would say...enter your prayer closet. Make a big " X" on one side of the wall...an" O" on the other...then ask God to tell you what to do by erasing the one that is not His will. If you marry.... an "X" if you don't...an "O" and then....wait.
Yikes ! That's definitely NOT what I would do.
I think God speaks differently than 'throw a dart' when things going happily right turn horribly wrong.
I do think the person offended needs to step in faith after having prayed first, but it's not to 'x' or 'o,' it's to go ask person why they did what they did, flirting like that so soon to wedding day. And, best,is offender comes apologizing back, on handsand knees, asking forgiveness, saying they messed up to you,and God.
I think the situation can be saved between the couple IF the offender apologizes, asks for forgiveness, and, in fact, this will temper the relationship to an even stronger state than it was before the flirt IF forgiveness is granted.
I see no reason, just practically speaking, why the guy may have said something that offended the girl and so THAT is why she forgot her engagement ring going to work that monday.
So, IF these two lovebirds, of TWO YEARS friendship molting, can get things out on the table back to good initial reason she flirted with the new guy, which was cuz of derogatory or whatever comment fiancee' guy said to her the night before, relationship can be strengthened, not just mended.
They do say, too, that if you never have a fight then what will happen when you finally do and,GASP!, what if you have that first fight after married, maybe, something along these 'flirty' lines even, and,not able to handle it?
