What is our strong city? This define us!
1st hypothesis: the wealth is our strong city:
2nd hypothesis: we became a strong city, difficult to be conquered by Jesus’ love in virtue of some offense:
3rd hypothesis: The Creator turned us into a strong city so that we can be His prophet amid a perverse and corrupt generation (see Philippians 2:14,15):
Even if our calling in Christ Jesus has to do with this, never think that Christ will transform you into a super-believer. Jeremiah suffered very much and only quashed all adversity because we can undergo all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).
In other words, we need to conciliate the third with the fourth hypothesis:
4th hypothesis: The Creator is our strength and fortress:
May the Holy Spirit stir us up to draw near with confidence to the throne of grace (Heb 4:16) so that He can show Himself strong through us, on behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward Him (2Chr 16:9). May Jesus be our precious reward (Genesis 15:1) in such a way that we never become hardened to the point of become impenetrable by mercy, grace and goodness of the Creator (Psalms 23:6).
So, have a good day leaving Jesus being sturdy in you amidst all the sin that circumvent you.

- “For, behold, I have made you a fortified city this day, and an iron pillar, and bronze walls against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against its rulers, against its priests, and against the people of the land.” (Jer 1:18).
