What kind of ornament makes us beautiful before Jesus and before the men? (Part 2).
What beauty is so magnificent than the beauty of Creator’s holiness? Nothing let someone so beautiful than a pure heart, fraught of love and good feelings and thoughts!
So, if you really look forward to being extremely beautiful, behold my suggestion based on the Holy Scripture:
1 – Gird your loins with the belt of the truth (Eph 6:14).
2 – Have on breastplate of righteousness on your chest (Eph 6:14).
3 – Put on the shoes of the preparation of the gospel of peace (Eph 6:14). Can you be sure: this will make your feet most pretty in the world:
• “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good tidings, making peace heard; who brings good news, making salvation heard; who says to Zion, Your God reigns!” (Isa 52:7).
4 – Use the helmet of salvation in order to adorn your head with fair feelings and thought (Eph 6:16):
• “For Jehovah takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the meek with salvation.” (Psa 149:4).
In particular, for the women, they can use their hair (without cutting or change their nature) as the most beauteous veil:
• “But if a woman should have long hair, it is a glory to her; for her hair is given to her in place of a veil.” (1Co 11:15).
5 – Make your hands beautiful putting into practice the Word that comes out of the mouth of the Creator (pore on Eph 6:16).
6 – As apparel, nothing is more appropriate than to dress up with the acts of righteousness of the saints and protect it with the faith (Eph 6:15) so that nothing can blot this clean and white fine linen:
• “And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white. For the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints.” (Rev 19:8).
7 – For your face, there is no makeup so perfect than the joy of the Creator (Nehemiah 8:10), which make you sturdy and cheerful:
• “A merry heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is broken.” (Pro 15:13).
So, for the time being, have a good day valuing the true beauty which comes from the Creator in your life and in the life of people around you.
