What does it men to be "spirit filled"? I have had this discussion on many occasions. I can tell you that a person need not be a Christian to be spirit filled, however, there is only one way to be filled with the Holy Spirit. People are always filled with a spirit of one sort or another and that spirit is what guides us. Read More
