I use to have a tank of tropical fish, which included a pair of tiger oscars. (see picture below) They grow rather large upto maybe 9-10 inchs in length.
I use to feed them by hand and they would delicately take the food pellets from me. One of them watched the TV! When certain programmes
came on, it would swim to the corner of the tank facing the TV, settle itself down on the gravel and just watch the TV, then once the programme had
finished it would start swimming around the tank again. Honest this is the truth, its favourite programme was M.A.S.H it never missed an episode.

It really use to make me laugh, Im not sure if it could actually make out the picture, or whether it was the music or what the attraction was, but it definately watched the TV every time M.A.S.H came on. I cant think of any other reason why it would act in such manner when this programmed came on.

It also liked a few other programmes, but M.A.S.H. seemed to be its favourite.

I never had a favorate fish, I just like all fish. :)
I have about forty fish in the pond in my back yard though, all goldfish except for two coi fish.
I do like the spunk of the two coi, as the bigest goldfish always bully the smaller fish when I feed them.
But these two small coi wont let the big goldfish push them around when I feed them, they just get in there and eat what they want.
Ive noticed the other smaller goldfish are being bolder lately.
I do wonder if those coi are organising the smaller gold fish about equal treatment. :)

God bless
