Sometimes I don't know what I won't like until I see it.

I didn't know that I wouldn't like Women who are obsessed with Horses until I dated one. <Kinda sounds like I dated a horse lol.

What did you feel like you were doing when you were dating her? :D

Why would you marry someone who you knew picked fights anyway.

There will be times in a marriage where you may fight constantly though. We all go through rough times, and were constantly changing. You cant expect to rarely or if ever fight in your whole married life... come on get real, your livin in la la land if you truly believe that.

You make it sound as if living in la la land is wrong. :(

Commitment to what, catty ?

Committment to making the relationship work, no matter what. I was just curious. Because for me, I sort of instantly fell into a thought process of everything being quite formal and serious from the beginning. I felt like I was expected to fight for the relationship after having been in it for 2 weeks. I've definitely learned from that experience. But when DO you start thinking, "I'll never give up?" Or do you ever?

I like Jullianna's reply. Thanks woman!

I'm not sure what you mean. But I feel like I can't date people that have a strange obsession. And when a woman pauses and makes me pull over so she can look longingly at a feild full of horses that are feeding, I have wonder what is going through her mind.

Honestly, I've seen the same look in other women who have horse obsessions too. Its like they FEEL empathy for the horse, in a way that they don't for people.

Whats wrong with pulling over to look at horses?? I am not a horse person myself, but i don't find that weird.

Well, the inside of her house was ALL HORSE. She had a Giant Horse Throw Blanket on the wall. Horseshoe Candle holders and Paintings of horses everywhere.

It was like her thing.

Awww..... I was setting you up for a joke.

But yeah, can understand what you are saying... It's strange when you can't really understand something like that.

OK, catty, I see what you are saying , when should normal thinking go to serious thinking of guy/gal, and, my reply to this is , hmm, I think you know what I'm going to say: The Lord leads.

Our going to God for constant guidance in a relationship, from day one of it, will bring about the proper understanding in our mind that is His, right, I mean, God is supreme in thinking but we do have the 'mind of Christ' 1 Cor. 2 tells us. :)

We need to understand that our commitment to Him will bring success in al areas of our life, including our relationships we go into, just Keep God right there in you leading, I know He is with you, catty, if you know He is to be, by faith, your wanting Him leading your stages of relationship :)

If I'm going to pull over to look at something, it will probably be jets, not horsies. I have a closer relationship with jets than with most people. :)
