When pastor commit mistake what we should do?

I saw it several times, when we see something wrong in the pastor self and he commits mistake, we do not agree his opinion and he becomes greedy to get money. That time we leave to take interest in our Christian life we do not go to church and we do not read Bible. we started taking against pastor and his acts. That time we need to keep maintain our Christian lives with Trinity. But we do not do this. What should we do in this circumstance? This is a major question. As a Christian, we have not weak faith. We have strong and practical faith. We are practical worker of love. We do love, forgive and remember our enemies in our prayers. Therefore, it is not a big problem for us because we know a big reality that gate of heaven in narrow and we all will not enter in the heaven and secondly those who only say; God, God, but they do not entry in the kingdom of God. Therefore, we do not lose our faith and keep walking in the light of cross. We all are pastor in ourselves it is not only pastor duty we all need to pay our duty that pastor does. We should always read the Bible and should do as Bible words and what are Bible words, forgive your enemies, help to poor, give clothes to bare give bread to hungry, do not commit mistake, respect your elders and always care of other And many good words that can help and improve to other lives. If we do not do this, we will see this kind of problem about pastor. We should always seek and find truth in Christ and the Christ is the truth. We should tell the pastor, you are going to wrong way. This is our right and duty of every member of church we do not say any word and keep quiet and leave. This is wrong behavior and we are not doing well with pastor. And secondly, he did not listen, we should tell the truth to other and leave him and find and seek new pastor. But we should not lose our faith in any condition.
