Sleep little angel
Close your eyes
Let dreams sprinkle joy
Upon you as they fly.
Let the night sing
You lullabies
And bring you peace
Rest softly on your angel's wing.
Listen to me whisper
Sweet kindness in your ear,
Softly and only for you to hear.
As you drift to wonderlands
Of meadows and blue skies
I'll softly caress the tresses
Of your flowing hair.
And in the morning when you awaken
Your illness will be gone,
But I'll still be with you,
I'll still be there.
 
This could even be a poem for grown children of God too. ;) Very sweetly written. :)
