You are misinterpreting the verses you quoted and omitting others that clearly refute the idea that the son and the father are the same thing. For example:

A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father. John 16:16
I go to myself? I don't think so.

If you like we can go over them individually because I have no interest in dealing with these verses all at once. So why don't we start with the first one. It doesn't say Jesus is currently in heaven (except in spirit), but rather the one being in heaven, ie the word, came to earth.
Your response indicates your refusal to accept scripture that clearly reveals Jesus was God in the flesh because you can't wrap your head around others.

You do know we are talking about God. Right? With God all things are possible. And stated in the word, is the fact that God limited Himself when He came to the Earth to dwell among those He created.

Also, take note that Jesus said, "Unless a man is reborn he CANNOT SEE (comprehend) the kingdom of God." Scripture reveals it is through belief in the gospel message which requires obedience that NT believers become born again. I ask, as Paul did, "Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?" (Acts 19:1-7) If not, take a look at the keys to the kingdom that Jesus gave to Peter that bring about the reality, "Repent, and be baptized EVERYONE of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

Oh, the treasure one finds when their eyes become open. Hallelujah! Thank you Jesus!

IMO the best understanding is that God's Spirit is both Father and Son as He relates to human believers.
To call the Son "the Father" is logically flawed/confusing from the get-go!

You're making the assumption that Jesus can't be God without being the father.
Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 1 John 2:23

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: Deut 6:4

Jesus isn't the essence of God; he is the form of God.
As stated previously Jesus was both human and divine. He operated from His humanity at times and at others His divinity.

"But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, IF so be that THE SPIRIT OF GOD DWELL IN YOU. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

AND IF CHRIST BE IN YOU, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you." Rom 8:9-11

God is one, not three separate entitities. Deut. 6:4 reveals this; "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord." God manifested Himself as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Spirit in regeneration.

And note, Colossians 2:9-12 reveals that In Jesus dwells the fulness of the Godhead. Not that Jesus is part of the Godhead.

Col 2:9-12
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
