Base:
1 cup chopped peacans
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
press into 9 x 13 pan

8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup Icing sugar
cool whip 1/2 of a large tub
spread this on cooled base

1 package of instant chocolate pudding
1 package instant vanilla pudding
2 cups of milk
Beat well allow to thicken a little. Spread over 1st 2 layers. Cool.
Ice with the rest of the cool whip and sprinkle with chocolate shavings

This is so GOOD!! My sister makes this for almost every family gathering. There is never left overs
